Order Processing, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person. Delivery Policy: Delivery times and final costs are negotiated and communicated by the FMK Shop Rider/Dispatch Team after the order is placed but before final fulfillment. By proceeding with an order, you agree to the delivery terms communicated to you post-checkout. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from FMK Shop passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier (Jumia Logistics, GIG Logistics, or other trusted dispatch).
  • You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
